Our tour starts at the nursery where we explain the process of planting the coffee and what it requires; humanity, altitude, time to do it, and land conditions. Then we walk through the plantation to see how it grows, what is planted around the coffee plants, and what coffee beans look like, and of course, you have the chance to take a picture with the picking basket, after that we get to the warehouse to learn the way the coffee is processed to get the best of it and get to know about myths and secrets of the roasting to finally do a taste test to learn how to identify a good coffee.
